About The Cycle

The Cycle is the first ready-to-drink beverage designed to help women enjoy their cycle. Backed by real ingredients and science, we’re on a mission to make period and PMS relief as normal—and as joyful—as your morning matcha.

We’re now scaling across retail, DTC, and social channels—and looking for a performance marketer who blends analytical rigor with creative instinct. Someone who loves testing, optimizing, and storytelling through numbers.

What You’ll Do

1. Own Growth Strategy

Develop and execute paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and emerging platforms.

Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness → retention) with clear CAC and ROAS goals.

Identify new channels and growth opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition.

2. Optimize Performance

Continuously test creatives, copy, audiences, and offers—using rapid experimentation to drive scale.

Partner with the creative team to translate insights into high-performing ads that convert and stay true to the brand.

Monitor KPIs and create weekly performance dashboards and insights reports.

3. Retain & Reactivate

Lead CRM segmentation, retargeting, and email / SMS growth campaigns.

Test subscription and loyalty strategies to maximize LTV.

You Bring

3+ years in growth or performance marketing (CPG, DTC, or wellness brand experience a big plus).

Proven success managing >

$50K / month ad budgets and optimizing for CAC / LTV.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and attribution tools.

Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and dashboards.

A balance of creative empathy and data discipline.

Passion for women’s health and changing how society talks about it.
