Guest Relations Manager

Broward's mission is to partner with patients and their families in delivering quality healthcare experiences and outcomes. Our entire healthcare team is committed to providing you and your family quality healthcare in a caring and supportive environment. To further assist in fulfilling this mission, we have a guest relations manager dedicated to meeting your needs should you feel you need additional assistance. In an effort to support this mission, guest relations will visit patients to assess their comfort during their hospital stay. Visits can be as simple as getting you a fresh pitcher of water or assisting with information. Our goal is to not only meet your expectations, but to exceed them. In order to monitor the patient experience, we partner with an outside company to conduct patient experience surveys. Inpatients are selected at random after discharge and are mailed a survey to their home. If you should receive this survey, we ask you to complete it, as this will only help us improve the quality of care and service we strive to achieve.
