The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and field teams, while solving problems in real time and leading people to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee field operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Track budgets and schedules to keep projects on target
  • Coordinate across grading, utility, and paving scopes
  • Support Foremen and Superintendents with daily execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of construction experience (site work / heavy civil preferred)
  • Background in grading, utilities, or paving
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • DOT / public project experience is a plus
