Safety Director

Sysco is currently recruiting for Safety Director to join their team at their Warners, NY location. The Safety Director is responsible for defining and documenting policies and procedures related to the standards established by the business that comply with applicable external legislation / regulations, but may also reflect a higher standard than the legally required minimum.

Activities include :

• Employee compliance training and ensuring employee completion of all required courses.
• Auditing compliance with programs and procedures, investigating complaints, and verifying that deficiencies are corrected.

This Operating Company (OpCo) based position will lead the implementation of prevention-focused health, safety and environmental (HSE) and security program. The position will establish, execute and deliver OpCo-specific strategy that supports Sysco's overall HSE objectives, including security and crisis preparedness objectives.

Compensation : $84,200.00 - $126,300.00

The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors.
