We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter with extensive experience in the marine, commercial nuclear, or petrochemical industries.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret ship piping drawings accurately.
• Fit carbon steel, CRES, and copper nickel piping with precision.
• End prep piping by hand or using Portsmouth Machine.
• Install pipe hangers effectively.
• Read a ruler using both inches and tenths.
• Prep and fit-up backing rings.
• Clean cut / break pipe using a grinder.
• Hand prep V bevels.
• Fabricate various details and assemblies from drawings.
• Bend pipe from templates using a hand bender.
• Fit welded sockets and brazed joints with or without inserts.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $29.50 - $29.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
