Used Car Manager

Description of the Role :

As a Used Car Manager at Envision Honda of Milpitas, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our used car department.

You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring a seamless car buying experience for our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the used car department, including the buying, pricing, and selling of used vehicles
• Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of used cars
• Analyze market trends and price vehicles competitively to maximize sales and profitability
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the car buying process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, auctions, and other sources to acquire quality used vehicles
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide ongoing training and development
