Responsibilities

As a Program Manager for Empower AI, Inc., you will have ultimate accountability to ensure that all required services are developed, operated, maintained and managed in accordance with the contract and appropriate service level agreements. You will serve as a critical component in meeting our mission of providing excellent services to our client. Your experience ensures an exciting and rewarding opportunity to be at the forefront of providing the leadership required to support Federal agencies such as US Treasury, FDIC, or PBGC. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Empower AI, Inc.'s mission : To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Highlights of Responsibilities :

• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
• Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
• Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Managing a portfolio of work across multiple work streams
• Leading end-to-end enterprise efforts within an organization
• Developing customer-facing project plans to document project scope, schedule, tasks, dependencies, and risk management
• Experience with Agile Management tools such as TFS, GitHub, ServiceNow
• Performing hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management
