Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess each patient individually to identify specific needs and create custom therapy strategies that empower them to reach their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to promote sustained progress at home
• Assess and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment approaches to ensure patients are achieving their goals
