job_description.job_card.job_description3-5yrs recent hospice experience required. 1-2yrs hospice management experience preferred Planning, budgets : Census / staffing ratio, KPI Strong QA / PI, Compliance Adaptable, Solutions Oriented Strong work ethic Partners with people, team builder, mentor / coach, good trainer Graduate of an accredited associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing State licensed RN Previous experience in hospice / home care setting and with two (2) years management or supervisory experience. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.

Hospice Director of Clinical Services – $10,000 Sign-on bonus.
- Must have hospice or home health industry experience, no exceptions
- Must have Hospice supervisory experience!!

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total company mission and values.
