Ideal candidate :

• 5-12 years civil litigation plaintiff or defense experience
• Conduct and defend depositions, make court appearances
• Strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude
• Ability to handle cases independently
• Excellent research and writing skills required
• JD from an accredited law school, admission to the California Bar
• Strong academic credentials
