Our client is in search of a Deliverables Associate in Camas, WA to join their growing team! As part of this team, you won't just crunch numbers, you'll collaborate directly with Retirement Counselors, Consultants, leadership, and external partners to uncover what clients truly need. You'll help shape solutions, drive conversations, and play a key role as we grow and evolve our team's impact.

This is a fully on-site, 1-year contract-to-hire opportunity offering up to $29 / HR.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

  • Team up with Client Acquisition and vendors to gather plan data and kick off pricing proposals
  • Compare plan fees to industry standards and reveal hidden costs
  • Recommend personalized retirement solutions for prospects
  • Show the value of our work during client Annual Plan Reviews
  • Brainstorm and test ways to improve our tools and reports
  • Help refine processes to make the team faster and smarter

    • WHAT YOU'LL BRING :

  • A Bachelor's degree (Finance is a plus, but not required)
  • Adept at working in Microsoft Excel required
  • Top-tier attention to detail-you catch the stuff others miss
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Confident communication-you can explain the "why" behind the data
