Familiarity with reference management software (e.g., EndNote, Zotero), project management tools, and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Prior experience in research coordination, grant management, or academic administration A strong interest in global mental health and implementation science.

The assistant will play a central role in managing grants, coordinating multi-country projects, and supporting the preparation of a promotion and tenure package. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to ongoing research activities, with potential for co-authorship and professional growth in global mental health research and implementation.

- Assist with the preparation, submission, and monitoring of grant proposals and progress reports
