Work Schedule : Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, ensuring technical developments align with organizational goals. Provide t roubleshooting, technical support, system design, documentation, training, compliance.

The Work Itself

• Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.
• Support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements, solution definition and minimize risk.
• Participating in the design, development, and implementation of new software or systems.
• May interface with senior management to convey information.
• Analyzing technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Researching and evaluating new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Documenting technical procedures and maintaining records of system performance.
• Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks.
• Training users or colleagues on technical tools and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with company standards and information security policies.

Base Pay Range : $85000 - $150000 USD

An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation : This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
