What will a typical day as our Service Manager look like? Each day will be different. You will monitor financials and drive our KPI's by implementing action plans resulting in revenue growth in the department. Building a solid team, empowering service employee owners to contribute ideas that will be considered to implement is essential. Coaching and leading by example our Guiding Principles to team members. You will work daily with our customers, service technicians and parts personnel. Also invoicing work orders, preparing estimates, and taking customer calls will be a daily activity. At Rexco, we provide innovative solutions for entrepreneurs - whatever it takes!

We are looking for someone who can drive our service department efficiencies and profitability. You will need to be computer savvy and have a great personality.
