Physiatry / Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician Assistant

Well-respected Muscular Skeletal Center seeks a full-time experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work directly with a PM&R Doctor with an Interventional Pain Fellowship. This position is all clinic outpatient based. Cases are approximately 60% spine and 40% general. The group has their own MRI and Physical Therapy Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility with EMR and Digital X-ray. They also have a bio-mechanical lab and conduct advanced research. The new candidate needs to be a self-starter that can hit the ground running! This position is a four-day work week with no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include :

• Office / Clinic new patient evaluations and follow-up
• Pain management
• Injections (trigger point and cortisone)
• Will run a clinic
• Medication management
• Writing scripts
• Patient education
• Order and evaluate X-ray, CT scan and MRI

The location is in a beautiful area of an upscale suburb of Phoenix. The group prefers candidates that have ties to the region. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will enjoy year-round outdoor living, solid schools and all the amenities of a great city. There are numerous great golf courses!

Compensation : Salary depends on experience, plus bonus. Excellent benefits package
