We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth across our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling technology solutions and servicesincluding managed IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiativesand a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams.

This leadership role requires a strong combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on sales management to expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and accelerate company growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals, market trends, and revenue targets.
• Define and manage sales objectives, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure consistent pipeline and predictable results.
• Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer needs within the IT services landscape.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales managers, account executives, and business development representatives.
• Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development to ensure the team is up to date on service offerings, technologies, and sales methodologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee large and strategic deal negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for top accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with marketing to align lead generation, brand positioning, and sales campaigns.
• Work closely with delivery, operations, and finance teams to ensure client expectations are met and revenue recognition is accurate.
• Contribute to product / service roadmap discussions with insights from the field.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
• Provide regular market intelligence to the executive team to shape strategic initiatives.
