On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Servicing Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Billings office.

Job Description :

The Servicing Analyst - Senior is responsible for performing UCC processes, analyzing and interpreting operational performance data, and participating in process improvements and projects impacting the site. The role involves collaborating with management and team members to enhance customer servicing operations.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborating with management to analyze and report operational performance data
• Partnering with team members for process improvement initiatives
• Leading or participating in projects such as customer onboarding and process changes
• Providing advice and support to internal business partners
• Offering on-the-job assistance and training to others
