Job Summary :
Calero, the leading technology expense management solution, is looking for a Technology Solutions Consultant. Reporting to the Technical Solutions Manager, you will perform tasks to support implementation and configuration of client requirements within Calero’s software platform. You will partner with the client to obtain and document requirements. You will also support internal configuration requirements in line with business needs. To be successful in this role, you will commit to maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Job Duties :
- Perform tasks to support implementation and configuration of client requirements within Calero.com software platform
- Performs standard configuration of Calero.com software platform
- Ability to performs tasks such as : system data import and exportcustom report creation and maintenanceconvert requirements into technical specifications for processes requiring engineering work
- Work with the client in capturing and documenting requirements
- Support internal configuration requirements in line within business needs
- Support the Technical Support team in helpdesk ticket resolution
- Provide training in-line with achieved skillset
- Act as a mentor to their peers, including training new team members on all processes
- Work closely with professional services to ensure alignment against client objectives and needs
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Review / analyze client foundational data
- Translate requirements for technical solutions
- Assist client with user acceptance (UAT) for new production environment
- Support transition / hyper care from implementation to daily operations
- Act as a mentor to other members and / or new leaders within the team, including training new team members on relevant processes
- Perform all other duties as assigned where required
Education :
Bachelor degree in Information Technology preferred. Related business experience may be considered.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience :
Basic knowledge and experience with the following technologies : SQLMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft web application configurationMicrosoft Windows Server OSMinimum of three (3) years experience with call accounting products and services or similar softwareWorking knowledge of systems design and data analysisDemonstrated customer service orientation and high level of professionalismAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilityProven ability to document and translate customer requirements into technical requirements for solutionStrong sense of accountability and responsibility to ensure quality and on-time project deliverablesProficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and SharePoint
