What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution and reporting as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial office location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents, maintaining detailed and accurate records as directed by Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing information and assistance as needed.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies, following established procedures and protocols for the commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
