Cycle Count Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead cycle counts investigate inventory variances and ensure accurate accounting across departments.
• Monitor inventory movements analyze accuracy metrics and recommend system / process improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and optimize transaction codes in Movex for efficiency.
• Audit receiving / shipping processes and ensure compliance with documented procedures.
• Resolve negative balances and BOM issues; ensure proper substitution documentation.
• Support manufacturing variance analysis and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Assist with annual physical inventory planning and execution.
• Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.
• Uphold quality standards company values and policy compliance.
• Continuously develop technical skills and complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Associate degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Management or related field preferred or 6 months of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
