Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food / beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment
- Inform guests of specials and / or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience
- Address guest concerns and inform manager
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of agePrevious server or restaurant experience preferredReading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills requiredEnglish language and professional communications skills are requiredAbility to work in a team environmentComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAvailable to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical Demands
