Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Distribution Centers or Retail Stores. This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.

The HRBP plays a key role in empowering employees, driving productivity, supporting compliance, and ensuring quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and managing confidential matters with discretion.

• HR Systems - Proficient in HRIS platforms for employee data management and reporting.
• Talent Management & Succession Planning - Assist in identifying high-potential talent and future leaders.
• Compliance & Employment Law - Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Safety & Employee Well-being - Promote a safe work environment and employee wellness initiatives.
• Organizational Skills - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation while managing multiple priorities.
