Employees can expect :
Responsibilities :
1. Answering inbound calls & emails
2. Handling billing and scheduling requests, program questions, payment processing, sales calls, and other various customer requests
3. Following up with customers regarding pending payments
4. Following up with customers regarding services performed
5. Maintaining an organized record of various call resolutions
