Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators against the designed program's expectations and report internally to identify opportunities to improve or conduct root cause analysis for variances to the expected results.
- Develop and measure standard operating procedures to bring a consistent in-store deli and / or Restaurant operation experience.
- Conduct weekly audits that ensure all partners are delivering on all Boar’s Head quality standards and the specified innovation program parameters.
- Build strong relationships with on-site retail or operator partners to effectively bring the Boar’s Head in-store innovation to life.
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of the in-store innovation programs, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of each program. Where applicable, this includes managing and developing the team or managing a team in partnership with the retailer and local purveyor.
- Lead the collection and synthesis of in-store shopper sentiment for innovation pilot programs.
- Collect and present real-world in-store learnings back to the internal stakeholders to update or modify the specified program to consumer and retailer needs.
- Deliver training to retail production partners and retail store operators as needed.
- Deliver merchandising training and provide follow-up audits on adherence to Boar’s Head program policies.
- Remain up to date on evolving food and culinary production capabilities, standards, and best practices.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate up and down the organization.

Education and Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in retail food or hospitality management, in particular deli or restaurant operations, and production experience.BA / BS or equivalent work experience preferred.Strong preference for candidates with brand development experience and working knowledge of product development from concept to commercialization.Educational or strong experiential background in food and food handling requirementsExperience developing and delivering task-related training programs.Exposure to Q / A auditing practicesSkills / Abilities

This position will be based in Cincinnati, OH, with frequent travel to Sarasota, FL, and New York. It will also require extended time in grocery stores, exposure to cold storage, and standing on hard surfaces.Location : Cincinnati, OH
