Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8 Pay Rate : $72.75 - $78.75

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for

locum tenens support as they look to fill a

current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday – Friday, 24-35 hours per week. With one weeknight or one Saturday.
• Patients per day : 15-18
• Practice Setting : Outpatient Facility
• Scope : Primary Care
• State Licensure : Active Massachusetts Medical License, Board Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 weeks
