Class Description
The purpose of this class is to provide friendly, courteous, and patient frontline call center chat and text services including support to students and the college community for the following areas : advisement, application submission, registration, student accounts, financial aid, refund requests, deferred payment advice, and payment receipts.
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma / GED and three (3) years in-person or telephone customer service experience required. Prior clerical experience, preferably obtained working in a business office environment required. Must be able to understand and respond to inquiries promptly with friendly, courteous and patient communication understandable to all callers.
Compensation within the above posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and / or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
