Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and team dedicated to providing compassionate high-acuity care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.

As an ICU RN youll deliver exceptional evidence-based care to a diverse patient population collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and play an essential role in stabilizing treating and supporting critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments interpret clinical data and plan individualized interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed monitoring for effectiveness and side effects
• Accurately document patient care progress and responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families about care plans treatments and post-discharge recovery
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
