Title : Therapist

Reports to : Director of Telehealth

Department / Location : Remote in North Carolina

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Requirements and Schedule :

• Licensure : Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC). Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP / PHP settings.
• Schedule : This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working with Adults. The Therapist will facilitate group therapy and conduct individual (1 : 1) sessions as part of our North Carolina VIOP program.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11 : 30a-7 : 30p

Role Summary :

Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1 : 1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
