The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. Join an Oklahoma healthcare facility as their next Interim Geriatric Psych Director!
The Position
- The Interim Geriatric Psych Director will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the 17-bed department.
- Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Interim Director will oversee approximately 20+ FTEs and will be responsible for both outpatient and inpatient care initiatives.
- This leader will focus on departmental initiatives including survey readiness, patient quality, safety protocols, and increased performance.
- Seeking an experienced behavioral health leader, preferably in a geriatric setting.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
