This position is based in Orange Park, FL covering Fleming Island, Middleburg, Green Cove & Keystone areas.
Your Role as a Speech Therapist :
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
- Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
- Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.
