Job Title : Business Operations Analyst
Location : Austin, TX - ( days onsite)

Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have proven business analysis / strategic analysis experience in a fast-paced environment. Must be very detail oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and documentation skills. The Business Analyst will work very closely with the Chief of Staff to assist with evaluating and documenting all operational deliverables and financials.
Responsibilities
- Must have Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
- Must be able to read financials, analyze data, break down spreadsheets and then present in "Layman's Terms". On top of that they must be able to answers questions at a higher level if management needs more clarity.
- Must have business operations skillset and NOT an IT skill set
- We must perform a Glider AI Assessment-PowerPoint and Excel skills will be tested
- First interview will be ONSITE AT LPL FACILITY : North FM Austin, Texas
- Hybrid work schedule : days onsite and day remote

Financial and Operational Analysis
Conduct financial analysis related to various aspects of budget managementAct as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure all reporting and analysis are accurately documented and tracked appropriatelyConduct financial analysis to determine economic viability of operational and program resourcingAd-hoc Analysis, Reporting, and Process Improvement
Various financial and operational reporting and analysisCollaborate with management to ensure proper perspective is brought to decision-makingProvide feedback on processes, present and implement enhancements as neededPerform other related projects as assignedRequirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related-field preferredMust possess keen problem-solving skills and ability to perform corporate financial and business operations analysisStrong PC skills : must have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsCore Competencies
