Real Estate Settlement Attorney

Company Description Classic Settlements, a well-established real estate title company, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Real Estate Settlement Attorney to join our team. Role Description The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience overseeing residential and / or commercial real estate closings, reviewing title abstracts, assisting processors in coordinating and working directly with all parties as needed. Our attorneys also conduct continuing education classes, attend marketing events and work to generate new business as well as service our current clientele. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia
• 2+ years of experience in real estate settlements preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates with relevant internship or clerkship experience)
• Knowledge of contracts, title insurance, RESPA, and other real estate regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
• Ability to handle multiple closings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We Offer :
