Butterworth Hospital is a level 1 trauma center in Grand Rapids and is a quaternary care center.

Diverse cases in many different specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, OB / GYN, and more.

Qualifications

Required master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program

1 year of relevant experience as an RN in an acute care setting (e.g., ICU or ER) r equired

LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan required
