Telephone Operator

A company is looking for a Telephone Operator to manage incoming calls and assist patients effectively. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and connect callers with the appropriate extension Take and relay messages accurately and respond to emergency calls promptly Perform operator functions including triaging calls and managing the switchboard Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting Ability to sit for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and correctable vision to 20 / 20 Must pass a background check and non-federal drug test post-offer
