The Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for completing a variety of back-office duties to support the functions of the lending department to provide outstanding service to our members while maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations. In this role, you will work with lending department staff and members to ensure timely and accurate completion of title transfers, lien filings, and title release requests.

In addition, you will :

Assist members with telephone inquiries pertaining to loans, processing loan payments, and other loan transactions as needed.

Accurately review, process, and scan documents associated with the lending function.

Back up the receptionist in a relief manner including rotating Saturday mornings.
