Travel Physical Therapist - $2,220 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Springfield, Oregon.

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.

Productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; Will see 12-14 patients / day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
