Now HIRING automotive Apprentice Technicians!

Our Service Department is growing and we are looking for Apprentice Technicians who are interested in starting or continuing their career in automotive. Minimum of 1-2 years of lube tech experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train individuals who are coachable and driven : eager and willing learn, and motivated to do more and produce more and grow with the company!

• Pay Range : $17-$20 per hour depending on experience
• Schedule : Must have open availability to work Monday through Saturday
• Hours : Flexible shifts 7-4 / 8-5 / 9-6
• Service Department is Open : M-F from 7-6 and Saturdays 7-5

Boise Ford offers an apprenticeship program like no other : Apprentice Technicians start in the Quick Lube to learn our processes, how to perform service efficiently and accurately in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards, after 3-6 months (and depending on productivity and performance) and with the proper tools, the Apprentice Tech is paired up with a Master Technician for a 2-year mentorship program. Additional earning potential upon successful completion of the mentorship program to be discussed at time of interview with Hiring Manager.
