The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases and systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data accuracy and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

• Input, update, and maintain data in various computer systems and databases.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections.
• Organize and manage documents and electronic files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
• Assist in the development of data entry processes and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Generate reports as needed and assist in data analysis.
• Provide administrative support as required, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Qualifications :

The pay range for this role is :

29.10 - 35.90 USD per hour(Remote (Moreno Valley, California, US))
