Education and Training Specialist

A company is looking for an Education and Training Specialist Lead. Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and delivery of educational materials, webinars, and training services Assess organizational training needs and monitor training effectiveness through various metrics Administer the learning management system and manage training budgets and vendor relationships Required Qualifications BA degree in education, curriculum and instruction, or a relevant field Coursework must include study in at least four specified areas related to education and training 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Must be a U.S. Citizen and located in the United States
