School Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled School Nurse to join our team and ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our students. Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care to students with medical and developmental needs. Administer medications, treatments, and health interventions as prescribed. Develop and implement individualized health care plans (IHPs) and emergency care plans. Monitor and respond to medical emergencies, including seizure management, diabetes care, and other health concerns. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support each student's overall well-being. Maintain accurate health records in compliance with state and school policies. Promote health education and preventive care within the school community. Teach science at all levels. Qualifications : Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Experience working with children. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
