Location : Remote (U.S. only)

Compensation : $500 / week base + 8% commission (first 90 days) → $750–$1,000 / week base + 5–8% commission after ramp

On-Target Earnings (OTE) : $150,000+ annually by 2026

We’re looking for a results-driven Dispositions Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high autonomy environment.

If you know how to underwrite properties, craft smart exit strategies, and communicate with investor buyers , this is your chance to make a measurable impact and grow into a leadership role within a high-performing real estate team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll quarterback deals from contract to closing , working closely with our Dispo Admin , Executive Assistant , and occasionally our CEO .

Your goal : move properties efficiently, profitably, and with exceptional communication across all parties.

Compensation : $100,000

Responsibilities :

Underwriting & Exit Strategy

• Review acquisitions call transcripts and deal files
• Underwrite properties using comps, market data, and condition
• Identify the strongest exit strategy (wholesale, novation, wholetail, flip, or hold)
• Build a clear marketing strategy for each property, including pricing, positioning, and buyer avatar
