Key Responsibilities Ensures accurate patient registration and performs eligibility verification and pre-authorizations Coordinates financial arrangements and collects payments for services rendered Maintains communication between clinical, ancillary, and patient access departments to enhance patient experience Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred One or more years of relevant work experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and familiarity with database programs Basic knowledge of medical terminology and exposure to insurance benefits Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus; certifications such as CHAA or CRCR preferred
