We're Hiring : Alliance Sales / Partner Sales | North America (Austin preferred)

Are you a connector, strategist, and sales enabler all rolled into one? Join Jade Global as we expand our Alliance Sales team to drive strategic growth across top technology ecosystems.

Role : Alliance Sales / Partner Sales Location : North America (Austin, TX preferred) Experience : 815 years (at least 5 years in Alliance / Partner roles) Target Ecosystems for this Role : Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow

What You'll Do :

  • Own and grow relationships with key alliance partners
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans with Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with partner field sales teams to drive revenue opportunities
  • Create detailed account and territory plans; track KPIs and performance
  • Enable partner success by showcasing Jade Global's solutions, case studies, and customer wins
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure operational excellence in alliance management and internal coordination

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven success in alliances, partner sales, or channel sales
  • Strong understanding of the North America (USA) tech market
  • Hands-on experience working with or within Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems
  • Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical, CRM, and sales planning skills
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
