Hepburn and Sons is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented, Material Management Program Analyst to join our team in Portsmouth, VA supporting the Surface Maintenance Engineering, Planning, Program Command. The Program Analyst will provide assistance to the team concerning Ship's Depot Maintenance Mandatory Material Lists that support the Navy's Directive Maintenance Strategies (DMS). He / she will be expected to create, present, and analyze data from different perspectives, and create briefs to communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordination for the Navy's Surface ship depot maintenance Mandatory Material List (MML) efforts
• Analyze National Stock Numbers (NSN), supply system data, and research non provisioned material
• Analyze data from different perspectives in order to create reports and briefs to display MML efforts
• Expected to work within various Navy Maintenance and Logistics databases
• Analyze data to build long range strategies for material forecasting to meet Fleet demands
