Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Las Cruces, NM. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, including conducting assessments, developing care plans, and administering treatments. Day-to-day duties include monitoring patient health, facilitating communication with physicians and other care team members, documenting care activities, and providing education to clients and their families on health management and preventative care practices. This role also involves responding promptly to client needs and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical care skills, including performing assessments, creating care plans, and administering medications or treatments.
• Knowledge of patient education and the ability to provide training on health management and preventative care.
• Proficiency in communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail in documentation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico and a valid CPR certification.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment with the flexibility to adhere to patients' needs and schedules.
• Experience in home health care or geriatric nursing is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate and patient-oriented with a commitment to excellence in care delivery.
