Our client, a Global leader in sustainable mobility solutions, engineering and construction of civil works and buildings, is looking for a HRBP to head the HR department based in their US HQ in Austin, Texas.
Main functions :
- Own and manage the relationships with internal employees and managers based in Austin and Houston.
- Administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, turnover, and training and development.
- Identify and implements HR process and / or policy improvements to augment the employee experience aligned with business objectives and productivity needs
- Be an advisor for managers and employees, supporting organizational and cultural changes and providing HR guidance.
- Onboard and offboards all team members within the assigned functional department.
- Provide support and counsel / guidance to managers regarding employee relations issues
- Support the annual performance review process, annual benefits open enrollment and employee recognition programs
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR leadership team to support continuous improvement initiatives from an HR perspective to ensure successful execution of Company-sponsored employee engagement events and activities.
- Maintain employee information in the HRIS system, personnel files, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- Hybrid position based out of Austin, Texas HQ
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related fields5-7 years of relevant HR experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or CoE leader with a large, global, and multinational companies.Extensive knowledge of labor regulations in the USStrong knowledge in Workday will be desirable.Bi-lingual SpanishAutonomous, flexible and employee orientation skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity.Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organizationConfidentiality requirements.
