Red Team Operator

A company is looking for a Red Team Operator to join their team in conducting advanced adversary emulation operations. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design, development, and execution of Red Team operations Conduct independent vulnerability research and develop scenarios that mimic real-world adversary groups Provide technical reports and remediation recommendations based on discovered vulnerabilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of Cyber Security experience, including 3 years of offensive focused experience Hands-on experience during multiple Red Team engagements Understanding of Red Teaming Methodology and common Penetration Testing tools Possess Offensive Security related certifications
