Junior Architect

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Junior Architect position include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience, preferably 5
• Must be proficient in Revit and BIM360
• Assist Project Architects with multiple simultaneous projects
• Create schematic designs, construction documents, and entitlement packages
• Work on a diverse portfolio including medical, commercial, and industrial projects
• Collaborate with consultants, clients, and city officials
• Participate in a Revit and construction document / redline assessment during the interview process

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a 2% (negotiable) retirement match through Fidelity, unlimited PTO based on trust, profit-sharing opportunities, quarterly performance-based bonuses (with a portion banked with interest for the following year), and 50% paid health insurance through United Healthcare with three plan options.
