Overview
First Citizens Middle Market Banking delivers a range of financial solutions to midsize clients through a relationship banking model. The business offers deposit solutions, loans, treasury services and other banking products to manufacturers, distributors and a wide variety of service industries.
The Managing Director Relationship Manager - Middle Market Banking is responsible for acquiring and managing Middle Market Banking relationships. Develops and maintains an active prospect list, client outreach plan and quality referral sources. The Director role is the primary contact to provide products and services which support the unique financial needs of clients. PrThis position collaborates with various corporate partners to build and manage full banking relationships. May act as resource for less experienced associates or as a team lead.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively across the Bank delivering commercial and consumer products and services. Leverage the Bank's digital & technology platforms to deliver exceptional client service. In coordination with marketing, design and execute on targeted marketing efforts on centers of influence and client events. Have in-depth understanding of credit worthiness of clients and bank credit policies to be able to represent them in internal discussions.
Focus on ensuring compliance with all regulatory and compliance policies of the Bank.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Middle Market Banking & Credit Knowledge OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Middle Market Banking & Credit Knowledge

License or Certification Type : Must possess a valid driver's license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices, bank customers, etc. Bank car not provided.
