Title : Enterprise Technology Analyst

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Sacramento CA (Hybrid On-site every Tuesday)

Position Overview

An experienced Enterprise Technology Analyst is needed to provide expert-level design and configuration support for complex SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. This role requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in SAP PM / EAM configuration and support along with strong analytical testing and documentation skills.

The consultant will work with SAP ECC 6.0 (EHP7 or higher) to manage and configure key master data elements such as Functional Locations Equipment Work Centers Task Lists and Measurement Points. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements leading blueprinting sessions performing functional / technical testing supporting integrations with external systems and managing incident and enhancement requests via tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA. Effective communication and collaboration with business and technical teams are essential.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following :

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and configuring complex solutions in SAP PM / EAM.

Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher.

Knowledge of PM / EAM master data components and configuration (Functional Locations Equipment Work Centers Task Lists Measurement Points).

Strong experience in functional and technical testing including hands-on execution.

Experience performing end-to-end and regression testing of complex solutions with external system integrations.

Experience using defect tracking tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA .

Experience leading business requirements review sessions and blueprint workshops.

Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Experience collaborating with technical teams and ABAP developers to define / refine functional specs for custom development.

Experience creating process flow diagrams aligned with business requirements.

Ability to debug custom code and work independently to support project deliverables.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in electric utility environments using or supporting SAP PM / EAM.

SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP7 or higher; SAP S / 4HANA experience is a plus.

Knowledge of Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Asset Management Asset Lifecycle processes Maintenance Plans Task Lists Inspection processes and integrations with SAP HR FI / CO MM / WM.

Working knowledge of master data configuration (Functional Locations Equipment Work Centers Task Lists Measurement Points).

Experience integrating SAP PM / EAM with GIS OMS FSM and other enterprise applications.

Experience defining implementing and supporting enterprise applications requiring complex system integrations.

Knowledge of field maintenance processes technologies industry best practices and current standards.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across all levels of project teams and business stakeholders.

Experience as a Functional Analyst on small to medium complexity projects.

Experience acting as a technical resource for system architecture design.

Understanding of asset maintenance lifecycle processes and best practices.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute to customer-focused solutions.

Ability to support technical colleagues with design development and deployment of EAM and Work Management solutions.

Ability to apply enterprise IT principles to deliver cross-organizational value.

Experience with SAP BI / BW and enterprise reporting tools.

Experience with RFP processes including defining requirements evaluation and negotiation.

Experience designing implementing and supporting Asset Management and Asset Analytics solutions including integrations.
